July 2026 Price Changes, and 4th of July Holiday Schedule
To all Healing Arts Patients,
We understand that these are financially tumultuous times for many, and we have done our best to offer accessible patient care at our practice by holding our pricing consistently for as long as was feasible.
In order for our practitioners and staff to maintain quality care to our patients, the following changes will go into effect through the month of July 2026:
Our Community Acupuncture pricing will change to the following:
Starting July 1st, 2026, the following will apply at our Rittenhouse location:
Pricing
• $70 per session, for both community style initial and follow-up acupuncture visits.
Packages
The package pricing will change accordingly and can be applied at any time to community acupuncture visits:
$260.00 for an Acupuncture 4 Pack
$500.00 for an Acupuncture 8 Pack
We are phasing out the usage of Acupuncture 6 Packs at our Rittenhouse location.
Those who currently utilize our Student Discount at our Rittenhouse location, will be grandfathered in. We will no longer be offering a student discount to new patients moving forward. As for BalletX dancers and those who utilize our Neighborhood Discount will now be priced at $55.00/ per session.
Starting July 15th, 2026 our standard Acupuncture pricing will update to the following...
Initial Acupuncture Visits: $145.00
Acupuncture Follow-up Visits: $105.00
Additionally, the package pricing will change accordingly…
$400.00for an Acupuncture 4 Pack, and
$780.00 for an Acupuncture 8 Pack
Between now and the date in which this change goes into effect, you can purchase as many packages as you’d like. Please keep in mind that our packages are valid for (1) year after the date of purchase.
If you're interested in purchasing a physical gift card, you can do so by stopping by at any of our offices. Our admin team can apply the cost of an initial acupuncture visit, or any of our acupuncture packages mentioned above. “Will this impact my insurance coverage?”
Our patients who utilize health insurance will see no change, unless you have an unmet deductible which you are paying towards. The amount collected at each visit towards that deductible will now match the rates listed above.
“Will this impact the 24 cancellation policy"?”
As a courtesy, our first time cancellation or appointment changes within a 24 hour window are subject to a $35 fee. That first instance fee will remain the same! All cancellations after that will follow the updated pricing structure.
